Meet The Host
Nate has lived in rural Wisconsin his entire life, growing up on a small dairy farm. Later on he operated the farm himself and finally passed the operation to his son and grandson.
On the political side Nate has actively participated in all levels of Democratic and Grassroots politics. In 2004 he and his now deceased wife were Kerry Delegates to the National Connection. Subsequently Nate founded the Wisconsin Grassroots Network which sponsored twelve Grassroots Festivals. For a decade he has also has served as Chair of the DPW Rural Caucus and recently was appointed Chair of the Rural Advisory Committee by DPW Chair Ben Winkler.
